Today: The Cabo is supposed to check every worker as they step off the truck. In reality, workers remove hot, uncomfortable gear the moment the foreman turns away. Documentation is a checkbox on a dirty clipboard.

FarmAgent: Before a worker can clock into the harvest shift, the Cabo records a 10-second smartphone video pan of the crew. FarmAgent verifies every worker is wearing:

Adapting this for agave PPE classifications — polainas, leather gloves, steel-toe boots — is a model training configuration, not a new product build. The infrastructure is proven and running.

  • System physically blocks "Start Application" timer and alerts agronomist if check fails.

  • While the drone flies routine inventory or phytosanitary scans, it automatically runs the PPE model on any workers captured in frame.
